The East Elgin Family Health Team would like to acknowledge the difficult times that we are all facing right now. We understand the frustrations and wish to reassure the community that we are taking this matter very seriously and working tirelessly to find solutions to best support our patients. Your care is paramount to us and so we will continue to search for appropriate replacements. We welcome the opportunity to bring on new physicians to the Aylmer community as soon as possible.
