Our Registered Dietitians are thrilled to announce that we are launching a FREE, ONLINE and INTERACTIVE group program that is open to everyone for registration! The Healthy Lifestyle Balance program focuses on making sustainable lifestyle changes that will reduce your risk of chronic disease.
You will work with our Registered Dietitians to learn about nutrition, physical activity, sleep, mindfulness and stress management. We will guide you through the program to help you achieve your own personal goals.
