On Tuesday day, July 27th, the EEFHT, in conjunction with the SW Public Health Unit will be hosting another mass immunization clinic, at the Port Burwell Fire Hall. Please read the eligibility criteria below.

Time: 9:30 – 12:30, by appointment only (You may have heard that the Mass Immunization Clinics are now walk in, this is by appointment only)
Location: Port Burwell Firehall, 55451 Nova Scotia Line
Vaccine product: Pfizer or Moderna
Dose: First or Second dose
Anyone 12 years of age and older is eligible for a first Pfizer dose – Please note that children must be 12 years of age or older on the day they receive their vaccine.
Eligibility depends the vaccine product used for the first dose, as follows:
- Anyone 12 or older, who received a Pfizer or Moderna vaccine as a first dose may receive a second dose 28 days after their first dose (first dose on or before June 29th)
- Adults who received AstraZeneca as a first dose. You may receive a second dose if July 26th will be 56 days or more since your first dose (first dose on or before June 1st).
Before vaccine day: Please review the What You Need to Know COVID-19 info sheet and speak with your health care provider if you have any concerns.
On vaccine day: Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your appointment and wear a shirt with short sleeves that provides easy access to your upper arm.
On the day of the clinic, please bring your health card. If you don’t have a health card, you can still receive a vaccine. Please bring another form of government-issued identification (e.g. driver’s licence, passport, birth certificate).
