This four-part educational series is offered in partnership with the West Elgin Community Health Centre – Diabetes Education Program.  The classes are facilitated by Certified Diabetes Educator Nurse and Registered Dietitian, for those who have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes or Type 2 Diabetes.  Throughout this series you will learn practical tips to help prevent or manage Type 2 Diabetes.  This program is offered at no-cost and everyone is welcome!
